Why activewear needs specialist design
Activewear lives or dies on details a general fashion designer can miss: four-way stretch fabric behavior, compression levels, gusset shape, waistband construction, flatlock versus coverstitch seams, bonded edges and squat-proof opacity. Points of measure and graded specs built for stretch garments, with tolerances suited to knit fabrics so fit is consistent across the size range.

Do you specify activewear fabrics?
Yes. We specify composition (for example nylon or polyester with elastane), fabric weight, stretch and performance properties such as moisture-wicking and opacity, and can suggest alternatives if a factory cannot source a fabric.
Can you design a full activewear collection?
Yes. We plan capsule ranges so styles share fabrics, trims and colorways where it makes sense - keeping MOQs and costs manageable for a launch.
How long does a tech pack take?
A complete tech pack typically takes 10–15 working days and fashion flats take 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the garment and the clarity of the design brief. We confirm the timeline before work starts.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually. The quote is based on your brief, the actual scope of work and how urgently you need it, and is clearly communicated and agreed before any work begins - no surprises.
Do you work with US brands?
Yes - most of our clients are US-based founders and brands. We work remotely in English, write measurements in inches (or centimeters if your factory prefers), and deliver tech packs any factory worldwide can build from. We work with brands all across the globe.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs before you share design details, and we never publish client names or unreleased products without your permission.
